In the glass, deep violet shimmers with blue highlights, followed by an enticing bouquet of fresh plum, Blackberry and dark cherry. Whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation in small tanks and barrels, followed by 12 to 18 months of ageing in French oak, brings floral notes of violet and lavender, alongside hints of \u003cstrong\u003efine cocoa, leather and vanilla\u003c\/strong\u003e. The palate is remarkably juicy and supple: alluvial soils of loam, clay and gravel lend silky tannins, while the limestone-rich soil of the Adrianna vineyard brings a \u003cstrong\u003eflinty, chalky minerality\u003c\/strong\u003e.
