WHAT IS A CUVÉE?
One Cuvée consists of different grape varieties. But a blend of different sites of the same grape variety is also called Cuvée designated.
The grapes can be blended at two different times. On the one hand, this already happens during pressing. The consequence of this is joint fermentation in tanks or wooden barrels. On the other hand, the wine is often only blended after successful fermentation. This is how the wine matures together during storage.
