Made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier harvested by hand in cool conditions, the base wine underwent no malolactic fermentation and was matured partly in wood and predominantly in stainless steel before being refined through over 36 months of bottle ageing on the lees. In the glass, it shimmers a delicate salmon-orange, while a complex bouquet of fresh watermelon, ripe peach and grapefruit rises from the glass. Fine floral nuances of rose petals combine with a gentle hint of honey and yoghurt to create wonderfully deep aromas. On the palate, silky-fine bubbles and crystalline freshness delight, supported by sour cherries, juicy nectarine and invigorating lemon zest. With precise acidity of 5.2 g/l, a delicate dosage of 3.3 g/l and a slender 11.76% ABV, this sparkling wine brings a wonderfully taut mineral purity to the glass.

Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier
Region: Western Cape
Alcohol: 11.8%
Bottle size: 750ml (standard)
Closure: Natural cork
Drinking window: until 2024
