The restaurant's name was inspired by La Motte's admiration for the South African artist Jacob Hendrik Pierneef (1886 – 1957), whose creativity in depicting South Africa's beauty is reflected in the traditional cuisine reflected with modern interpretation.
Lunch is available à la carte from Tuesday to Saturday. It loads every Sunday Winery La Motte for an unforgettable family lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
A special dinner can be enjoyed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
