The Kintsugi Viognier opens with an elegant aroma of white blossoms, ripe apricot and peach, threaded with citrus notes and a hint of freshly sliced Granny-Smith apple. In the background there is a subtle tropical fruit, reminiscent of pineapple, as well as a delicate almond or nutty component. In the glass it develops a creamy texture with rich fruitiness, without losing freshness. On the palate aromas of apricot, peach and yellow stone fruit dominate, supported by chalky minerality and subtle acidity, which lend the wine tension. Well-integrated oak nuances add warmth and depth. The finish is elegant and lingering, with an aftertaste of citrus and stone fruit and a delicate honey note.
