The bouquet reveals an intense aroma of red fruit and cocoa, while a hint of cloves and cinnamon adds spicy notes. Incredibly soft tannins caress the palate, helping this elegant and full-bodied red wine linger in the memory long after its opulent finish.
This cuvée, made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah, was aged for eighteen months in barriques and is a culinary highlight.
