Deep, multi-layered character with dark fruit, floral nuances, and delicate spice. On the palate, the wine is silky and harmonious, with ripe fruit, a gentle structure, and a long, elegant finish.

Shiraz, Mourvédre, Carignan and Grenache Noir
This cuvée combines dark berry fruit, red fruits and spicy notes with a generally full-bodied structure. Shiraz and Grenache Noir primarily contribute fruit richness and body: dark berries and peppery accents meet ripe cherries and a rather soft texture. Mourvédre and Carignan add tannin, spice and backbone, with Carignan often supporting the freshness and acidity . Shiraz and Mourvédre contribute particularly to the deep colour. In the glass, the wine usually appears deep ruby-red to dark red.
The varieties involved are particularly associated with Southern France and Spain ; Shiraz also shapes many wines from Australia and South Africa. A specific origin cannot be inferred from this combination. Depending on the climate and Aged, the style ranges from juicy and spicy to dense, warm and mature, with possible herbal or oak notes. It pairs well with roast meat, vegetable dishes and mature cheese, for example.
