Chenin Blanc is a versatile grape variety known for its remarkable range of styles. It typically presents a lively to pronounced acidity structure, accompanied by aromas of green apple, quince, cantaloupe and often wet stones or wool . Depending on the ageing process, notes of honey, marzipan or dried fruit may also emerge. In the glass, it usually ranges from pale yellow to deep gold.
