The Peter Falke Signature Kanoa is the winery's flagship wine and embodies the highest quality. Only the finest grapes were selected for this elegant blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon and 23% Cabernet Franc . The two red grape varieties give the wine an impressive bouquet of raspberries, plums and black cherries. On the palate, these rich fruit notes unfold, beautifully complemented by subtle oak nuances.
The silky tannins, a result of the Peter Falke Signature Kanoa's eighteen-month ageing in French oak, create an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel. This sophisticated red wine delights with a remarkably long finish that invites you to savour every sip. It is also an excellent choice with aromatic dishes.
