The Petit Chenin Blanc from Ken Forrester is a fresh, approachable everyday wine, perfect for those who enjoy uncomplicated white wines with class. This Chenin Blanc is vibrant and fruit-forward - a refreshing taste of South Africa.
The single-varietal Petit Chenin Blanc offers clean aromas of quince & pear drop, complemented by crisp green apple and grapefruit, giving it a fresh, crisp character and an appetising, slightly tangy finish.

Chenin Blanc
Chenin Blanc is a versatile grape variety known for its remarkable range of styles. It typically shows lively to pronounced acidity, accompanied by aromas of green apple, quince, cantaloupe and often wet stones or wool . Depending on how it is aged, notes of honey, marzipan or and dried fruit may also emerge. In the glass, it usually ranges in colour from pale yellow to deep gold.
The variety originates primarily in the Loire Valley of France, where it is made in styles ranging from bone-dry and off-dry to sweet. Chenin Blanc is also highly significant in South Africa , where it often produces fuller-bodied, sometimes barrel-aged wines.
These wines are excellent food pairings, especially with poultry, fish dishes or meals with creamy sauces.
