The Rickety Bridge Wine Estate, located in Franschhoek on the slopes of Dassenberg, is known for its high-quality Franschhoek wines.
Under Winemaker Wynand Grobler’s leadership, the Winery has offered an exclusive selection of wines since its establishment in 1797.
Originally part of the La Provence farm, it was only known as Rickety Bridge from the 1990s onward. The Winery has made significant investments in modern winemaking techniques and has a renovated wine cellar, now used exclusively to store the wooden barrels used during fermentation. Its flagship range, “Paulina's Reserve,” named after former owner Paulina de Villiers, is internationally acclaimed.
