Alastair's Wine journey began in Stellenbosch after he was inspired to switch his studies from horticulture to viticulture. His international experience in diverse regions of Spain, New Zealand, the USA and South Africa has helped to focus on the "important" elements of winemaking, emphasizing terroir and climatic conditions. RJ has been with the company since 2012 Winery Kleine Zalze. Be special talent, as well as his meticulous attention to detail contribute to that Kleine Zalze receives numerous international awards every year such as Platter's Wine Guide, Michelangelo International Wine Awards and Mundus Vini. Henning Retief After studying viticulture in Elsenberg, he gained valuable experience on some leading farms in the Stellenbosch and Robertson valleys. Henning Retief has been with us since 2006 Kleine Zalze. One of his highlights so far was the winery's award Winemaker's Choice Award 2009 as best producer of the year. Henning's continues to push the boundaries of quality Kleine Zalze and is always looking for innovative techniques to improve the quality of Kleine Zalze to improve. Looking to the future, the three winemakers want to continue the history and differentiate themselves positively from other wineries with new creations.

The Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 from the Winery Kleine Zalze presents itself in a deep ruby red in the glass. On the nose it reveals aromas of mature dark berries, Cassis, plums and black currants.
On the palate, the wine shows a strengthen and complex kind, with not tannic and good incorporated acid.

Wenn Du keine Möglichkeit hast, die Ware zu Freunden ins Grenzgebiet liefern zu lassen, dann können wir den Wein in einen UPS Access Point in Grenznähe nahe zu Deinem Wohnort liefern lassen. Du brauchst Dich nicht zu registrieren, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten und Du musst nur Deine Weine innerhalb eines gewissen Zeitrahmens dort abholen.
