The Kadette Cape Blend from Winery Kanonkop pours into the glass with deep crimson hues. Aromas of raspberries, dark cherries, plums, cinnamon and cloves make the Kadette Cape Blend enticing on the nose.

Smooth, elegant tannins and fresh acidity are beautifully balanced by a lively burst of fruit on the palate. Juicy flavours of red and black fruits and a hint of Chocolate dominate the long finish.

The Kadette Cape Blend fermented in open fermentation tanks. The juice was drawn off the skins after 3 to 5 days. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
