Each Maison has a unique identity deeply rooted in its terroir. In our selection, you'll find two outstanding examples: Ruinart, the oldest Champagne house, and Whispering Angel from Château d'Esclans.
Ruinart is inextricably linked to Champagne. The vineyards are rooted in the region's famous chalk soils, which give the wines their distinctive minerality and elegance. The cool climate ensures a slow ripening of the grapes, especially Chardonnay, which is the soul of Ruinart. In contrast, Château d'Esclans is located in the sun-drenched Provence. The Mediterranean climate and diverse soils are the perfect home for Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle, which give Whispering Angel its fruitiness and freshness.
