A delicate, rose-gold wine with notes of Turkish delight, nectarines, cranberries and citrus peel on the nose. A creamy mouthfeel and a mineral core lead to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Zinfandel & Malbec
In this cuvée, blackberry and spice notes from Zinfandel meet the plum fruit and floral nuances of Malbec. Zinfandel can contribute juicy acidity, ripe fruit and alcohol-driven warmth; Malbec adds depth of colour, fullness and a supporting, often velvety tannin structure. Its acidity, which can be fresher or softer depending on the site, helps shape the balance. The result can be a powerful, fruit-forward red wine with both varieties contributing to its body, without density necessarily meaning heaviness.
Zinfandel is particularly associated with California , while Malbec is associated with Argentina and Cahors, but their combination is not a classic regional cuvée style. In the glass, it is usually deep ruby to purple in colour, with a style ranging from juicy to concentrated. Good acidity, ripe tannins and concentrated fruit can combine to create ageing potential; grape quality and ageing remain decisive. It pairs well with quickly seared meat, robust vegetable dishes or aged cheese.
