Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Mourvèdre Rosé from Noble Hill is a fresh and expressive rosé wine, captivating with its elegant balance of fruit and spice.
The nose reveals aromas of strawberries, watermelon and a hint of white flowers. These fruity notes are complemented by a subtle mineral freshness.
On the palate, the wine shows lively acidity and an elegant, slightly creamy texture. The fruit aromas remain prominent, leading to a refreshing and harmonious finish.

Mourvèdre
Single-varietal Mourvèdre has a distinctive, generally bold and spicy character. Typical aromas includeblackberries, dark plums and pepper , complemented by Mediterranean herbs and, with age, earthy or leathery notes. In the glass, the wine often appears deep ruby red. A full body and pronounced tannins
shape its structure; acidity ranges from moderate to lively depending on the site and harvest timing, giving definition to the dark fruit. The late-ripening variety needs plenty of warmth and is especially common insouthern France , including Provence and Languedoc, as well as in South Africa
