Holden Manz Winery

Holden Manz Winery stands out for its cutting-edge design, paired with state-of-the-art technology in the cellar. This allows Winemaker Thierry Haberer to express Holden Manz’s distinctive terroir. The 22-hectare estate lies in the farthest corner of the Franschhoek Valley, just about an hour’s drive from Cape Town. Owners Gerard Holden and Migo Manz have already won numerous national and international awards for their winery. After acquiring the estate in 2010 (formerly “Klein Genoot”), they began restoring both the cellar and the rest of the property. Alongside the cellar, Gerard and Migo run an exclusive five-star hotel serving world-class international cuisine. The South African art displayed at the estate completes the “Holden Manz experience” beautifully.
