Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins Brut Classique is a sparkling wine produced by Anthonij Rupert Wyne, a South African winery in the Franschhoek Valley. The wine is made using the traditional method, also known as méthode champenoise, in which a second fermentation takes place in the bottle to create the bubbles.
L'Ormarins Brut Classique is made from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes grown in the cool-climate vineyards of the Anthonij Rupert Winery . The wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months, resulting in a complex and nuanced flavour profile.
