From South Africa’s Western Cape, Graham Beck brings pure finesse to the glass with this 2019 vintage sparkling wine. The classic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay cuvée reveals in its salmon-coloured shimmer that South African freshness meets fine precision. On the nose, a wonderfully playful bouquet unfolds: ripe blueberries and fresh raspberries mingle with floral notes of honeysuckle. A subtle spiciness from the Pinot Noir joins in, perfectly balanced by the creamy complexity of the Chardonnay. The palate delights with a dense, wonderfully delicate mousse and a vibrant mouthfeel. With a crisp 6.8 g/l acidity, a firm pH of 3.17 and harmonious residual sugar of 5.5 g/l, alongside a slender 12.21% alcohol by volume, this sparkling wine glides effortlessly across the palate and finishes with a precise, invigoratingly fresh finish.
