Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The nose reveals delicate aromas of juicy sour cherry, underpinned by warm vanilla and a subtle note of tobacco. On the palate, the wine is elegant and balanced, with lively freshness and supple tannins. Its complexity unfolds especially in the mid-palate, where fruit, spice and oak come together harmoniously. The finish is long and smooth, marked by subtle notes of tobacco and cherry.

Mourvèdre
Mourvèdre as a single-varietal wine displays a distinctive, typically full-bodied and spicy character . Typical aromas includeblackberries, dark plums and pepper , complemented by Mediterranean herbs and, with increasing maturity, earthy or leathery notes. In the glass, the wine often appears deep ruby red. A full body andpronounced tannins shape the structure; depending on the site and harvest date, the acidity ranges from moderate to lively, giving definition to the dark fruit. The late-ripening variety needs plenty of warmth and is particularly widespread in
southern France , for example in Provence and Languedoc, as well as inSouth Africa . The spectrum ranges from fruit-driven, more approachable wines to dense, tannic styles with ageing potential. Oak ageing can contribute additional spicy notes and round out the texture. It pairs well with quickly fried or braised meat, mushroom dishes and hearty vegetable dishes. verbreitet.
