The Hiro Rosé from Holden Manz Winery has a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the stone minerality and sea salt of the Hiro Rosé, accompanied by fresh peaches, strawberries and melon.
A creamy, elegant Holden Manz rosé with plenty of finesse and a long finish. Paired with a special occasion, a Hiro Rosé makes the moment feel unique and unforgettable.

Grenache and Cinsault
In this cuvée, ripe red fruit from Grenache combines with the floral, fine-berry aromas of Cinsault. Grenache typically contributes body, warmth and richness, along with a soft to firm tannin structure. Cinsault adds fragrant freshness, lighter body and delicate tannins, lifting the richness without necessarily adding much acidity. Both varieties often have moderate acidity; together, they create a supple, fruit-forward style.
The combination is particularly well established in southern France, especially Provence and Languedoc, in rosé and red wines. In the glass, the spectrum ranges from pale pink, juicy rosés to ruby-red, spicy reds. Many are intended for early drinking. Concentrated Grenache can give richer reds ageing potential; Cinsault contributes fragrance and finesse rather than a robust tannin structure. They pair well with Mediterranean vegetable dishes, poultry or grilled foods.
