The The Spirit of Lynx impresses with its deep ruby-red colour and complex aroma, dominated by dark berries such as cassis and blackberries, accompanied by cedarwood, tobacco and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied, structured character, where ripe fruit aromas meet subtle notes of Chocolate, liquorice and a hint of coffee. Its powerful, well-integrated tannins lend it elegance and a spicy, lingering finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot
This cuvée brings together dark fruit with freshness, spice and a firm tannin structure. Merlot often contributes juicy plum aromas and a rounded body, while Cabernet Sauvignon complements the fruit with blackcurrant and adds structure. Freshness comes chiefly from the acidity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the often lively, herbaceous character of Cabernet Franc. Its delicate spice can combine with the floral and spicy notes of Petit Verdot. The latter usually enhances colour and tanninswithout necessarily defining the overall impression.
In the glass, these wines are usually deep ruby to purple in colour. This combination is found, for example, in Bordeaux, California and Australia; depending on their origin and ageing, their style ranges from taut and fresh to full-bodied and smooth. They pair well with quickly seared meat, mushroom dishes or mature cheese.
