The Juliette Sauvignon Blanc from Old Road Wine Co. is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and has its roots in the slate soils of the stunning Highfield farm in Elgin.

This vineyard is cultivated exclusively for premium wine. To achieve this, the shoots are heavily thinned and the leaves are removed after fruit set. This allows optimal tropical aromas to develop in the grapes.

The grapes for this fruity Sauvignon Blanc were harvested in the cool early morning hours and sorted in the cellar. This attention to detail results in a vibrant wine with aromas of pineapple, bananas and soft tropical notes of white peaches and pears.
