Tasting Note
The Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw colour in the glass. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of green pepper, gooseberry and citrus fruits.
On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with well integrated acidity and a pleasant minerality. The flavours of green pepper and citrus fruits continue through to the finish, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
