Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Estate Reserve from the Winery Noble Hill is a complex and characterful red wine that impresses with its unique variety of aromas.
"In the nose, aromas of dark berries unfold, including black currant and a hint of tobacco. The fruity notes are complemented by a subtle spicy component."
On the palate, the wine shows a beautiful structure and multi-layered texture, supported by rich fruit and a harmonious spice. The finish is elegant and long-lasting.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot
This cuvée combines dark fruit with supporting structure: Merlot often contributes plum aromas, fullness and a supple texture, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds definition with blackcurrant, acidity and firm tannins. Cabernet Franc complements the fruit profile with red berries, freshness and herbal spice. Petit Verdot can enhance colour, tannin and body, while adding spicy and floral nuances.
The combination is inspired by Bordeaux-influenced cuvée styles, but is not tied to a specific origin. Wines of this kind are produced, for example, in Bordeaux, Tuscany and California. Depending on the climate and Aged, the style ranges from taut and herbaceous to ripe, dense and soft; oak can contribute additional toasted and spicy notes.
In the glass, it usually shows a deep ruby redcolour, sometimes with violet hues. Fruit depth, acidity and tannin combine to shape the overall impression. It pairs well with quickly seared meat, braised dishes or hearty vegetable dishes.
