For the first time in 26 generations, a new winery was designed specifically to welcome wine lovers and introduce them to the philosophy of the Antinoris. This philosophy is based on passion, patience, and the ongoing pursuit of the very highest quality. In 2022, the Antinori Winery nel Chianti Classico was chosen by more than 500 leading wine and tourism experts as the best in the world , highlighting the exceptional importance of this place. The winery’s architecture was designed by Marco Casamonti and is intended to respect the surrounding area while offering optimal conditions for winemaking.

The winery overlooks a landscape surrounded by vineyards, planted primarily with the grape varieties typical of the Chianti Classico region, such as Sangiovese. Other traditional varieties such as Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera, and Mammolo are also grown here. A small area is dedicated to international varieties such as [Cabernet Sauvignon](/collections/rebsorte-cabernet-sauvignon) and Cabernet Franc, which were previously cultivated in the region.
