The Sauvignon Blanc from Klein Constantia Winery shows aromas of passion fruit, melon and passion fruit on the nose. On the palate, it delights with intense aromas of fig and gooseberry, alongside a full and mineral structure.
Only the juice obtained through free-run pressure is transferred to the tank for fermentation. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were fermented at low temperatures to highlight the distinctive characteristics of each vineyard.
After fermentation, the Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc rested on its lees for a further four months before the wine was bottled.
