Der Paserene Union is powerful yet impressively elegant. The nose reveals intense aromas of plum compote and dark forest berries, accompanied by violets, star anise and delicate warm spices. Subtle smoky and mineral notes add depth and tension to the Syrah. On the palate, the wine is velvety, concentrated and perfectly balanced.
