Tasting Note

The Syrah from Holden Manz Winery impresses with beautiful aromas of Blackberry, plum and black pepper. Fresh red berries add further nuances to this full-bodied red wine. The Holden Manz Syrah opens with a silky-smooth feel on the palate, followed by gentle tannins, vibrant fruit and spicy aromas.

The grapes were selected from different vineyard blocks with varying soil types, giving the wine wonderful complexity. The Syrah grapes from Holden Manz Winery were harvested at the optimal ripeness to achieve the right balance between sugar and phenolic compounds.

This Holden Manz Syrah was fermented with natural yeast in an open stainless-steel tank and aged for 18 months in 500-litre barrels made from French oak.
