Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Field Atlas from Noble Hill is a complex, characterful red wine that impresses with its unique range of aromas.
The nose reveals aromas of fresh black cherries, accompanied by liquorice and a hint of black pepper. The fruity notes are complemented by a subtle mineral spice.
On the palate, the wine has a supple texture and a balanced structure, supported by rich fruit and harmonious spice. The finish is elegant and long-lasting.

Syrah, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Grenache Noir
This cuvée brings together berry fruit and body with spice and structure. Grenache Noir and Syrah can contribute red and dark fruit; Grenache Noir often adds warmth and richness. Syrah and Mourvèdre mainly shape the depth of colour, tannins, and peppery, herbal or earthy notes. Viognier can complement the blend with floral nuances and a supple texture: its impression of freshness is more aromatic than acidity-driven. Syrah can contribute freshness, though how pronounced it is depends greatly on the site and ripeness.
The varieties are particularly associated with southern France and are also grown in places such as South Africa; however, this combination does not indicate a clearly defined classic region of origin. In the glass, it may show a deep ruby red colour and a fruit-forward to bold, spicy style . Depending on how it is aged, the cuvée may be juicy and approachable or more concentrated and tannic. It pairs well with roast meat, braised vegetables or spicy legume dishes.
