Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Estate Reserve White from the Winery Noble Hill is a powerful and elegant white wine that impresses with its complex aroma structure.
"On the nose, aromas of pineapple and ripe pears are revealed, accompanied by a hint of toasted almonds and subtle citrus notes. The aromas evolve further through a fine mineral note."
On the palate, the wine presents itself with a smooth and creamy texture. The complex fruit and spice notes remain persistently present and culminate in a harmonious and elegant finish.

Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Chenin Blanc, Viognier
This cuvée combines abundant fruit and body with a fresh acidity. Grenache Blanc and Marsanne primarily contribute volume and structure, often accompanied by delicate herbal spice and almond notes. Viognier adds apricot and floral aromas, while Chenin Blanc contributes apple and quince aromas as well as usually lively acidity , creating tension. This can result in a smooth, aromatic white wine whose richness is balanced by freshness. Tannin remains in the background with typical white winemaking.
The grape varieties are particularly associated with the Rhône, the Loire and, in the case of Chenin Blanc, also with South Africa ; no classic origin for this combination can be inferred from this. The wine may show pale yellow to golden-yellow hues, depending on ripeness and ageing. The style ranges from fresh and fruit-forward to creamy and full-bodied. It pairs well with fish, poultry or mild vegetable dishes.
