The Private Collection 2019 from Winery Diemersdal is highly appreciated all over the world for its unique taste.
The wine impresses with aromas of blackberries, cherries & vanilla and has a scent of deep dark Chocolate. Its smoothness in taste certainly leaves nothing to be desired. An absolute delight for every wine lover.

Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon
This cuvée brings together dark fruit, spicy freshness and supporting structure. Malbec and Merlot often provide plum and blackberry aromas, along with richness and a smooth body. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot contribute mainly tannin, depth of colour and structure , accompanied by cassis and spicy nuances. Cabernet Franc often adds red fruit, herbal notes and freshness; Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot can also enhance the tension of the acidity.
In the glass, the cuvée usually appears deep ruby-red to purple. Depending on the site, ripeness and ageing, the style ranges from juicy and approachable to full-bodied and tannic. The varieties are rooted, among other places, in Bordeaux and south-western France and also shape international cuvées, for example in Argentina; the combination alone does not indicate a definitive origin.
It pairs well with roasted or braised meat, hearty vegetable dishes and mature cheese.
