The Perdeblokke Sauvignon Blanc from Klein Constantia has aromas of passion fruit, citrus and passion fruit on the nose. The palate delights with intense aromas of fig and gooseberry, alongside a full-bodied, mineral structure.
Only the juice obtained through free-run pressure is fermented in the tank. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were fermented at low temperatures to bring out the distinctive characteristics of each vineyard.
After fermentation, the Klein Constantia Perdeblokke Sauvignon Blanc rested on its lees for a further four months before the wine was bottled.
