The Sauvignon Blanc from Franschhoek Cellar takes its name from the monument in Franschhoek, which was built in honour of the French Huguenots (Statue de Femme).
The nose impresses with expressive tropical aromas and a hint of bell pepper. On the palate, Franschhoek Cellar’s dry, fruity Sauvignon Blanc delights with notes of gooseberry, grapefruit and pineapple, which contribute to its long finish. A hint of Sémillon gives the wine its very elegant richness.
