How many guests do you require for graduation balls?
Suitable from around 40 guests. For exclusive hire of an entire venue, we recommend 80+ guests.
What about ID checks and youth protection?
We consistently enforce youth protection regulations: ID checks at the entrance, clear rules and trained service teams. We can organise additional security if required.
Can we hang up our own decorations or photos?
Yes. Graduation-year photos, photo walls and banners—many things are possible. We’ll coordinate everything with you in advance to ensure the venue is not damaged.
How long does a graduation ball last with you?
Usually 5–7 hours: reception, dinner/speeches and party. The evening normally ends at around 2:00 a.m.; extensions for an after-show are possible on an individual basis.
How much does a graduation ball in Munich cost with you?
This depends heavily on the number of guests, food concept and music. We work with minimum spends instead of venue hire fees—so you know in advance how much you’ll be investing.
