The Kin Pinot Noir 2023 from Te Kano Winery is an expressive and complex red wine that reflects the unmistakable terroir of Central Otago.

The nose reveals enticing aromas of ripe cherries, blackcurrant and plum, complemented by subtle notes of dried herbs and a delicate spiciness. On the palate, the wine shows silky tannins and a well-balanced structure, leading to a long and elegant finish.

The grapes come from several subregions of Central Otago, including Bannockburn, Waitaki and Northburn. The individual lots were hand-picked and fermented separately in open fermentation vessels before being gently matured.
