The historic Winery Grande Provence brings the vibrant energy of South Africa’s Western Cape to your glass with this Cap Classique Brut. This classic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuvée is a wonderful example of how pure elegance and vibrant freshness develop through traditional bottle fermentation.
The bouquet immediately reveals a complex, yeasty character reminiscent of delicate pastries and fresh brioche. Notes of crisp green apple and juicy citrus mingle with a subtle red berry fruitiness.
On the palate, this sparkling wine shows a fine, creamy mousse, with a light 12% alcohol. Bright, wonderfully refreshing acidity brings plenty of energy, carrying the balanced texture into a long, precise finish.
