The Sauvignon Blanc from Klein Constantia offers aromas of grapefruit, kiwi and lime on the nose.

Only the juice obtained through free-run pressure is fermented in the tank. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were fermented at four o’clock in the morning to highlight the specific characteristics of each vineyard.

After fermentation, the Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc rested for a further six months before the wine was bottled.
