Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Durbanville Hills Tangram White is a complex white wine with aromas of lemon, lime and floral notes. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Verdelho is matured in wooden barrels, giving it a complex and elegant structure.

Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon
This cuvée combines the freshness and aromatic precision of Sauvignon Blanc with the richness and texture of Sémillon. Sauvignon Blanc typically brings lively acidity and notes of citrus fruits, gooseberry and herbs ; Sémillon adds yellow fruit, softer contours and body. Together, they create a balance of juicy drive and supple structure. The acidity supports longevity, while Sémillon contributes waxy, nutty and honeyed ageing aromas as it develops, depending on its origin and how it is Aged.
The classic pairing is found in Bordeaux, for example in dry white wines from Graves and Pessac-Léognan, as well as sweet wines from Sauternes and Barsac. In the glass, the colour ranges from pale straw yellow to gold, depending on the style. The style ranges from fresh and linear to creamy and oak-influenced; tannins usually play a minor role. Dry versions pair well with fish and poultry, while sweet versions go well with blue cheese.
