How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking link. You can also look up the status anytime in our support portal.

A bottle arrived broken – what now?

Please take a photo of the package and the bottle and report it in our support portal. We will take care of it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible via the support portal. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still adjust it.

Which countries do you deliver to?

You can see all delivery countries and their rates on our shipping page and in the checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. All rates and free-shipping thresholds are on our shipping page.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within the statutory withdrawal period. All details are in our withdrawal policy.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, at our warehouse in Munich, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Choose pickup at checkout – we'll email you as soon as your order is ready.

A wine is sold out – will it come back?

Send us a short request with the wine in the support portal. We'll let you know as soon as it's available again or suggest a similar alternative.

Can you recommend a wine?

Of course. Tell us in the support portal what you like, the occasion and your budget – we'll put together a personal suggestion.

How do Wine Drops work?

You collect Wine Drops with your orders and can redeem them for discounts. Your balance is shown in your customer account.

Do you supply restaurants and businesses?

Yes. Send us a wholesale enquiry via the support portal and we'll get back to you with conditions and a price list.

Do I have to be of legal age to order?

Yes, we only sell alcohol to adults. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
