The Sauvignon Blanc Cellar Selection from Kleine Zalze offers aromas of passion fruit, melon and asparagus on the nose. On the palate, enjoy intense notes of fig and gooseberry, alongside a full-bodied, mineral structure.

Only the juice obtained through free-run pressure is transferred to the tank for fermentation. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were fermented at low temperatures to highlight the specific characteristics of each vineyard.

After fermentation, the Kleine Zalze Sauvignon Blanc Cellar Selection rested on the lees for a further four months before the wine was bottled.
