Winery Beau Constantia

Beau Constantia Winery is situated on the hills of the Constantia Nek mountain pass, overlooking False Bay. What makes this location special is its proximity to the sea, which cools the vines with fresh ocean breezes. The vineyards are planted at a high altitude of 350 metres above sea level on the Constantia mountain range, and hand-harvested yields are just 3–6 tonnes per hectare.
The winery’s very steep slopes allow it to produce highly concentrated wines. This combination gives Beau Constantia Winery’s award-winning portfolio its distinctive sense of place.
