Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins Private Cuvee is a sparkling wine produced by Anthonij Rupert Wyne, a South African Winery in the Franschhoek Valley. L'Ormarins Private Cuvee is made from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes, grown in the cool-climate vineyards of the Anthonij Rupert Winery. The wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months, resulting in a complex and nuanced flavour profile.
