Springfield Estate

The Weingut Springfield in the sun-drenched Robertson wine region South Africa’s is a renowned family winery, known for its unique vineyards along the Breede River. The diverse soils, from limestone to alluvial deposits, shape the terroir and are carefully interpreted through a minimalist approach to winemaking, so that the grape variety’s typical character can shine through in the best way.

The winery is especially known for its outstanding achievements in the production of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Wines such as the Méthode Ancienne Chardonnay are an impressive example of the winery’s philosophy, which focuses on expressiveness and finesse.
