Shipping & Orders
Where is my order?
Please check the tracking link. If your package is delayed by more than 2 days, contact us.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes! Please contact us at least 24 hours before the Shipping at info@the-winestore.com.
My package was marked as "delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Check if it has been dropped off with neighbors or at the concierge. Also, feel free to check the tracking again - often you can find additional information there.
If it is still missing, let us know – we will sort it out with UPS.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver across Europe. If you would like to place an order outside the EU, please contact us in advance to clarify shipping options.
We deliver to the following countries:
• Germany - Shipping: €6.90 (Free delivery from €120)
• Luxembourg, Poland, Austria - Shipping: €6.90 (Free delivery from €150)
• Netherlands - Shipping: €9.50 (Free delivery from €150)
• France, Sweden - Shipping: €9.90 (Free delivery from €150)
• Belgium, Denmark, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic - Shipping: €10.90 (Free delivery from €150)
• Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary - Shipping: €11.90 (Free delivery from €150)
• Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Switzerland - Shipping: €18.90 (Free delivery from €200, customs costs included)
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
This is only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, you can also order just one bottle. However, please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the order quantity.
Can I also pick up my order at your warehouse?
We offer pickups at our warehouse at Rohrauerstr. 70, 81477 Munich.
For this, please simply select "Pickup" instead of "Shipping" at checkout.
In general, your order can be picked up on weekdays within 3 hours.
Pick-up times: Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Products & Availability
Do you have [Weinname] in stock?
You can check the availability directly in our online shop. If a specific vintage or a special bottle size is not listed, feel free to contact us.
Can I pre-order a wine that is currently out of stock?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for upcoming vintages or limited editions. Contact us to make a reservation.
How long can your wines be stored?
It depends on the wine. While fresh white wines and rosés should usually be consumed within 2–5 years, red wines and high-quality vintage wines have a longer aging potential. We would be happy to advise you on this.
On the product pages, you will also find a drinking recommendation from us under "More Information".
Do you also sell older vintages?
Yes, we have a selection of aged wines. If you are looking for a specific vintage, just ask us!

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a wine if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened bottles for return. However, if you have a problem with a cork defect, please contact us. We will see what we can do about it.
My wine was damaged during transport. What now?
Please send us several photos of the damaged wines via email. We will take care of a replacement delivery or a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
What happens if I receive a wrong order?
If there is an error with the delivery, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct order and arrange for the return of the incorrect goods.
Payment & Invoices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, GooglePay, ApplePay, Android Pay), PayPal, instant transfer, and prepayment.
Will I receive an invoice with specified value-added tax?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with all the details after completing the order.

Do you offer special prices for restaurants, hotels, or corporate clients?
Yes, we offer special conditions for commercial customers. Feel free to contact us for a personal consultation.
Can I order larger quantities for an event?
Of course! We are happy to assist you with the selection and delivery for weddings, corporate events, or other events.
You are welcome to taste wines in advance.
Can we collaborate for an event?
We love collaborations! If you are interested in working together, just write to us.
Are there options for exclusive wine tastings?
Yes, we regularly organize wine tastings – both online and at our locations. Contact us for details.
Loyalty Program & Discounts
Is there a customer loyalty program?
Yes, registered customers receive exclusive offers and invitations to events.
Additionally, you can become a member of our WineClub and collect WineDrops. You can then redeem the WineDrops for vouchers and free products.
Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes, we offer quantity discounts starting from a certain order amount. Write to us if you are planning a larger order.
Are there vouchers?
Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers from us. These can be redeemed online and in our stores.
