We carefully pack and ship your wines with DHL or UPS. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

In individual cases, DHL or UPS may cause delays. Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on the exact delivery time.

A cheaper alternative to direct shipping to Switzerland is delivery to an address in the German border region. There you can collect your wines and handle the customs clearance yourself.
You can have the German VAT refunded.
Each person has a duty-free allowance of 5 litres of wine.
For quantities exceeding the duty-free allowance.
We offer free delivery within Germany for orders over €120.
If you cannot use a private delivery address in the border region, we can also send your order to a UPS Access Point to a location near the border in Germany. You do not need to register for this. There are no additional costs on our part. The only important thing is that you collect the parcel within the specified storage period.
Alternatively, there are various parcel shop providers where you can collect your order for a small fee, for example SWISS-PAKET with branches in Waldshut-Tiengen, Laufenburg, Weil am Rhein, Jestetten and Rheinfelden, or EURORETOUR with branches in Waldshut-Tiengen, Laufenburg, Weil am Rhein and Konstanz.
Refund of German VAT
Upon request, we can include an export certificate with your order. Have it stamped by Customs and send it and return it to us. We will then refund the German VAT, less a processing fee of €12.00.
