The Elgin Chardonnay from the Winery Boschendal is unique in its expression and character, typical of its origin from a cool-climate vineyard. In addition, the Elgin consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Its bright, pale golden appearance is complemented by nose aromas of linden blossom, frangipani and white truffle.
On the palate it is generous yet complex. Pronounced citrus fruit is overlaid by a hint of oak and the typical minerality. On the finish the Elgin Chardonnay impresses with remarkable intensity and length.
