The Perdeblokke Sauvignon Blanc from Klein Constantia Winery shows aromas of passion fruit, citrus and maracuja on the nose. The palate delights with intense flavours of fig and gooseberry, alongside a full, mineral structure.
Only the juice obtained through free-run pressure is fermented in the tank. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were fermented at low temperatures to highlight the distinctive characteristics of the individual vineyards.
After fermentation, the Klein Constantia Perdeblokke Sauvignon Blanc rested on the lees for a further four months before being bottled.
