Translation missing: en.Tasting notes
The Blanc de Noir from Peter Falke is a single-varietal rosé wine, made exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. In the glass it shows a delicate pink and unfolds a seductive bouquet of crushed strawberries, ripe nectarines and fragrant flower petals. On the palate, delicious aromas of pomegranates emerge, perfectly complemented by a harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness. A long, soft finish rounds off the taste experience and makes this rosé wine a delight for the senses.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon usually produces full-bodied red wines with a clear structure and pronounced tannin. Typical aromas include blackcurrant, dark cherry and Blackberry, often accompanied by herbal or slightly peppery notes. Pronounced acidity gives the dense fruit profile definition. In the glass, the grape variety usually shows a deep ruby-red colour, often with violet reflections in its youth. With increasing maturity, hints of tobacco and cedarwood may develop.
Its historic home is Bordeaux; important growing regions are also found in California, Chile, Australia and South Africa. Cooler sites often promote a more focused, herbaceous style, while warmer regions tend to produce riper fruit and greater richness. Depending on the ageing, the result is fruit-driven or oak-influenced wines with varying tannin textures. They pair well with hearty meat dishes, braised vegetables and mature cheese.
