Five carefully selected clones come together in pure freshness and mineral depth. In the glass, it shimmers a lively gold with green reflections, while fine citrus notes, white peach and pear waft toward you. With a little air, the bouquet gains complexity, revealing hints of fresh brioche and toasted almonds. On the palate, a creamy mousse meets juicy Granny Smith apple, enlivened by an electrifying acidity of 9.1 grams per litre, perfectly balanced by 5.0 grams of residual sugar. This taut, vibrantly chalky texture carries the wine, with its slender 12% alcohol, into an almost endless finish.
